Indeed, there are so many social issues, but it is important to define them, so we can deal with them effectively.Social Issues. They range from the ethical dilemmas faced by women in the workplace, to the social and cultural issues faced by many men. The world today is more egalitarian than it was ten years ago, with women gaining more opportunities in the workplace and society at large. There is less discrimination against women, but much less discrimination in the home against women. There are differences between cultures, and this is why many believe that the list of societal issues can be understood in terms of gender.In this article, I will try to show you some of the major causes of social issues affecting women and men. Hopefully, by the time you have finished reading this article, you will understand the nature of the problems that are faced by both sexes.A cultural problem is caused by the way in which we live our lives, both in terms of traditional gender roles, and in terms of issues associated with family and personal relationships. It is not enough to simply maintain the family structure.We need to work towards improving the individual acts of each member of the family and the social system, rather than simply looking at how they fit into the traditional roles. Some societies have gone a long way in addressing these issues.Child and Adolescent Sexual Abuse are one of the most important social issues facing women. Most of the victims are boys, but they are usually ignored by society. In many cases, the abuser has a close relative who could easily be charged.However, if we look at the broader picture, it is clear that child abuse is not limited to the abuser's own children. Many abusers have a complete la ck of conscience, and sometimes this leads to other perpetrators abusing other children.In other parts of the world, there are high divorce rates, and there is not enough opportunity for women. In other countries, there is an equal amount of economic growth, and the women have the same rights as men. It is important to look at the wider picture rather than simply the superficial.
